Mini challenge: Collections

Collections is a new mini challenge in the Princess Bookie's Contest Craze, and I'm taking part of it because I LOVED collecting things when I was younger. My sister and I have a huge box filled with different napkins - and there weren't two alike :) Unfortunately, my sister has that box now, so I can't make a picture of it, but...

I used to collect coins as well. I've always wanted to travel and as a 8-year-old girl, it was really hard for me to imagine that in other countries people pay with different cash :) So when one of my friends or relatives went abroad, I asked her or him to bring me some coins :] And of course, I collected old coins - my oldest coin is more than 300 years old :)

And I started to collect swags in February. It may sound like complaining, but there are much less international giveaways, so it's hard to get hold of the great swags :) I managed to collect some swag though and I LOVE them and can't get enough of them :)

PS. I took this picture in the middle of the summer so I have more swag now :)

So this was my entry for the mini challenge. Cindy from Princess Bookie is giving away a mystery prize pack of books to a lucky participant - enter here!

When I get swag I'll usually hang it on a board that one day I will hang up. I collect our state quarters.

I've never met someone who collected coins. I've always had a fascination with them though & read about them for reports in school sometimes. You have a ton of swag too! I'm envious since I don't have much. Great post!

Why not check out my collection?

And of course, I will check out your collections as well :)

You have a wonderful collection, Vojalyn. Anyway, I have a penchant of collecting coins, and other antiquities, as well. I don’t have a specific reason for that, but it makes me feel nostalgic about the past.
